3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are subject to final inspection and may vary based on actual conditions found during work commencement. Final pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.

4. Warranty

We provide warranties on our workmanship:

• Workmanship Warranty: Lifetime warranty on our installation work
• Material Warranty: As provided by manufacturer
• Emergency Repairs: 90-day warranty on emergency repair work

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Estimates and inspections are provided free of charge
• Payment schedule will be outlined in the service contract
• Final payment is due upon completion and customer approval
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

6. Liability and Insurance

Elite Roofing Solutions is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance for all employees.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel services with 24-hour notice before scheduled work begins. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a service fee.

8. Weather Conditions

Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions for safety reasons. We will reschedule work as soon as weather permits safe completion of services.

9. Property Access

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for completion of work. This includes ensuring clear pathways and removal of obstacles that may impede work progress.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date clearly indicated.
